Refund Policy

At Rachel Hirt Art, we value customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that you have a positive experience with your purchases. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us.  Upon booking a live wedding painting a $200 non-refundable deposit is due, the remaining balance will be paid on the day of event.  If cancelation is needed, remaining balance is not due. If wedding is postponed for any reason, availability will be determined by Rachel and other bookings. If you have any concerns or inquiries regarding our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you and address any issues you may encounter. Any other purchase made in our shop are "all sales final" If there is something wrong or damage with the piece when received please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right. 

Copyright Policy

a. Upon full payment of the commissioning fee, the Commissioning Party shall receive the exclusive right to use, reproduce, and display the commissioned artwork for personal and non-commercial purposes.
b. Rachel Hirt retains the copyright to the commissioned artwork and reserves the right to use images of the artwork for promotional and portfolio purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.. The Commissioning Party agrees not to reproduce or exploit the commissioned artwork for commercial gain without Rachel Hirt’s explicit written consent.​

c.  Rachel Hirt retains the copyright to any purchased artwork and reserves the right to use images of the artwork for promotional and portfolio purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials. The Purchasing Party agrees not to reproduce or exploit the purchased artwork for commercial gain without Rachel Hirt’s explicit written consent.
